We had our carpets cleaned at the end of February. Xtreme Clean did a tremendous job at removing some very old and tough stains. Unfortunately, a couple of the stains reappeared. An Xtreme Clean technician, Casey, along with Shawn, the company's owner, came back out to our home and recleaned the troublesome areas at no charge. And what was even more amazing was Casey on his hands and knees trying to get out a red ink stain - according to him, red is a nightmare in the carpet cleaning industry. That level of service is rarely found in companies today. I am very impressed with Xtreme Clean and have used them at both of my homes.
