We had a water infiltration incident at our home due to an unusual strong Easterly driven storm with high winds and torrential rain. Water got in behind siding channel at the roof line and caused damage to our dining room ceiling. Berks Fire & Water Restoration investigated and recommended water proof house wrap on the East side of our home as the best fix. The crew worked systematically and meticulously to remove siding, wrap the house and reinstall siding. After watching them work, I have total confidence this area will remain water tight.
Inside the technician, Eric worked diligently and efficiently in repairing damaged drywall ceiling areas and completing a two coat paint/ primer coating. He was a highly skilled worker who did excellent prep and finish work. He treated our property respectfully and was very conscientious in his workmanship and final detailing. At the end, the 3 days of work were top quality all the way around and the experience exceeded our expectations for quality. Highly recommend BFW for this type of work.
