This was my first time for a comprehensive golf club fitting. I relayed to Dominick what I was looking for and gave him a price range that I would be comfortable with. He thanked me for that as it then allowed him to fit me with an excellent set of clubs inside of my budget.
As a senior, I thought that I may have trouble with a full club fitting because of the number of swings I would be making, but that was not the case. We would hit plenty of $@!#% with each club and shaft setup looking for optimal results, taking a break between swings to analyze. Dominick did a great job explaining all of the information that is gathered by the Trackman and its importance in regards to my individual golf swing. I was surprised and amazed at the difference between my eleven year old clubs and the new equipment available now. I can't wait to get my hands on my new clubs!!!
I own fifteen putters. I brought five that were different setups that I have used in the past. The state of the art equipment they used to analyze my putting stroke was pretty amazing. It pointed out one of the putters I owned ( but hardly play with anymore) would fit my swing. The analysis recommended a larger putter grip and a small amount of weight to be added to the bottom of the putter. This I can do on my own. I played 18 with this putter today and had excellent results.
I would highly recommend going to Club Champion for a club fitting. It was a great learning experience. And if the rest of the clubs I ordered perform like the putter did today, Oh boy!!!
