Z PLUMBERZ of Ann Arbor are really good workers. They are good plumbers who are very competent. However, I used to have a problem getting a hold of them. They have a national call center, so when I called them I didn't get the Ann Arbor office, I got the national center who contacted the local office. This all took time and it seemed unnecessary. I always used them anyway but kept complaining about the national call center, so they finally just gave me the email for the local office, and now I can contact them directly just fine. Most people don't have that direct contact and have to go through the frustration of the national call center. Even though I'm a long time customer, the national call center doesn't know who I am and always asks for the same information each time I call, even though I know they already have me in their system.
