Both of the men from Z PLUMBERZ of Muncie, I think their names were Stephen and Keegan, were great. They were knowledgeable. They were patient. They explained to the old folks here what was going on. I could tell that Keegan really enjoyed his work so much, and that's what really counts. He made a positive impression on me.
