Z PLUMBERZ of Muncie has been out to my home multiple times. The gentleman they sent out was great - he took the time to explain what he did, and he also explained the cause and effect of the problem. He told us how to prevent the problem. He left us his personal business card, to call him in the future. He was a very knowledgeable person, and he was very down to earth, and not off-putting. And again, he took the time to explain everything!
