I booked a woods fitting in Providence as my son had used CC in Florida and he recommended them to me.
I work in a Pro Shop of a Public Golf Course and run a golf league in Rhode Island. My intentions were to improve my game and see if better fitted equipment could lower my handicap .
We spent a lot of time on the driver analysis and a much shorter time on the three wood. He cut the session short by about 45 minutes and we never got to the hybrids.
I received a recommendation for a driver and three wood. After about a week I decided to order the driver and called to place the order . He said he was having trouble with my card info (which they just had charged) and said he was busy and would call me back .
Ok that never happened !
Today I made the 45 min drive back today to place the order again. The other fitter working there started to help me when he saw I had worked with Luke he quickly went to the back room.I saw Luke up front and he acknowledged I was there with a nod and then he left .

I waited a few minutes to try to place the order and no one came back to assist me so I left …frustrated with nothing to show for my time and investment !
