Overall this was a great experience. Adam, my fitter was very thorough and helpful through the entire fitting. I’ve was able to flex on finishing the fitting at a later date as I was getting tired towards the end. The only part that could improve is the follow up. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard anything on a specific timeline. Although Adam did explain a 8 week delay, I would like a quick update as in we are all on schedule and what to expect as the order has been submitted.
