I was very disappointed with the technician that you sent to my home to do the tune up of my furnace. He didn't do anything. He just opened the door panel of my furnace and looked at it. He said everything looks good and closed the door panel. He didn't even vacuum it. I just wasted my money. I was really very disappointed with the service. I don't think I"ll be calling you again.
