Chad was great. Patient, knowledgable, personable. I was having a full bag fitting and by the time we got to the driver the numbers were showing I was getting tired and Chad didn't feel comfortable with making a guess on what head and shaft combo would be best for me and suggested that I come back some other time, (looking at early spring), to finish the fitting for the driver and 3 wood. Very professional.
