Better prep (on my part) and better initial question (on Club Champion’s part) would have helped improve experience

1. Initial contact: phone call forwarded to central #; plus: quickly scheduled an appointment; delta: I was not told (a) fitting fee not included in putter price, and what fee was; & (b) to bring my existing putter to appointment (fortunately in my car).
2. Putter fitting; I asked range of price for putters I was trying out; your pro was somewhat evasive but I was under impression of $400+/-; final quote write-up was $600 including fitting charge& grip (unaffordable) so 60 minutes of fitting went for naught.
3. I will not recommend Club Champion to casual golfers like myself who are not willing to be “sold up”, and want to stay in a budget.

We have quite a bit of information on our website that answers these questions ahead of time for potential customers (fitting costs, product costs, expectations, etc.) You can even book an appointment online as well! Regardless, you should have received a confirmation email a few hours after booking your appointment (and also 24 hours before the fitting) detailing the same instructions along with bringing your current equipment with you for the fitting. Our services are for avid golfers who want the best possible performance for their game! If there is a budget we have to stay within, please instruct your Master Fitter ahead of time or utilize our zero interest financing option or ask family and friends for Gift Cards before booking the appointment! We are glad to see that we found you a new, custom putter that fell within your budget and hope it performs to your expectations!
