I was fitted over a decade ago at either Cool Clubs or Hot Stix and I felt like a piece of meat entering. No people skills there. My fitter Eric was quite the opposite. Customer service can be a lost art and having quality people is the key to a successful business. Club Champion already has a leg up on their competition.
