Online appt scheduling was simple. Very professional but relaxed environment. Eric was terrific, started with Driver. Tried to stay with my Rogue head and find a shaft that worked. We found a shaft that worked, but when put together with a new head, the numbers were considerably better than my old Rogue. When we got to the fairway woods, he said just keep yours, I was killing them, I appreciated that. Eric offered a few little bitty swing tips, which got me hitting it straight and solid. I am sure he has seen many a swing there in those bays. Overall great experience !!!
