I have golfed for 7 years and over the last two years failed to see any improvements. After extensive research, I decided to get fitted and to purchase a new bag of clubs. I looked into several companies that all spoke to be the best fitters. I narrowed down my selection and choose Club Champion. The full bag fit up took around 3.5 hours including about 20 minutes of fitting for my putter. I swung the clubs about 190 times. I certainly received what I paid for; a thorough fit for each club. As the fitter, Mr. Hayde , walked me through the process and measured various parameters, I could see my result improving. I give the credit to his experience in knowing his equipment and how to explain what I needed to do to get maximum performance. I am very satisfied with the in lab results and I look forward to taking my new clubs and seeing how the clubs perform.

In another note, after I received the engineering specifications for the new clubs, I reached out to Club Champions’ competitors to see what they offer for the building of my club set. Although one was a slightly under the price of Club Champions’ price, it was not enough to sway me away from CC. The main reason for sticking with CC at this time (I have not received the clubs-just placed an order at the time of writing this feedback) was primarily due to Mr. Hayde. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very well mannered as well as explaining in detail the whole process.

Lastly, I would like to highlight the facility. The lab is very clean, there are refreshments available and the technology is recent. The parking is easy and the place is very easy find.

If you are reading this feedback and thinking about getting a fitting, I hope this helps you to decide. BTW, CC does not pressure you to buy clubs. They are non partial to any one manufacturer. They certainly hope you would consider them in buying clubs from them but at no time was I pressured.
