I've used Rockauto countless times over the years and every time I've been very pleased. Cutting the middleman of a brick and mortar store keeps the prices at a sane level. More importantly is the ability to get OEM or OEM quality parts at a fraction of the price the parts houses ask. They always ship quick and the one time I had to call customer service about a part that seemed to have been previously returned, their service rep was polite and offered return or exchange if the part was defective or I wasn't fully satisfied. The packaging is very god and I have not received any parts with damaged boxes from careless shipping; the magnets included are a nice touch. I also enjoy the availability of difficult to find parts and hardware such as trim pieces, fastener kits, and close to obsolete parts. Website works great and is smart in it's simplicity and ease of use, rather than sectioning by common items by other parts distributors, which I am not a fan of. Haven't needed to warranty a part yet so I can't comment on that process but am encouraged that they seem to stand by their commitment to customer service.
