To whom this may concern: packaging problems!!
I received my package finally after 5 days. The parts box inside the shipping box was opened and the plastic bubble package torn open that contained the control switch and bulbs. This was not a confidence builder, but from pictures I determined that all the parts were there. The part was Dorman RB 599--040.
