I would think they would always give the lowest shipping cost first.
The one thing that caught my attention was after I ordered my parts I from my I Pad I looked at my computer and the shipping was different. I got charged more money on my order and the one that was sitting on hold dropped in shipping cost. Same parts same vehicle, that was a bit disappointing. Other than that it was very pleasant.
