The package seemed to be damaged, and after opening the box, it seemed that some of the aluminum fins were damaged. I responded with writing, and you told me to send pictures, which I promptly did. The next day I received an email as promised, telling me that I will be receiving another radiator by Tuesday. However I was surprised that it came 3 days earlier (Saturday). You guys rock with your customer relations! I have & will order, along with telling all my friends, of your great service!
