I previously rated rock auto and gave a negative review about a negative experience I had after ordering parts. I am satisfied to see the quick response I have received from their customer service reps. I was offered a partial refund for the shipping error that occurred. This was enough to bump up my impression of them. I have been a customer of RockAuto since I first purchased my 68 cuda 4 years ago.
