bad business practice

I have a 5% off coupon code good thru 2/21/16 but when I placed my order I could not find anywhere to place the number. When I searched the site I could not even find a customer service Email address to send inquirey to. very bad policy!

We don’t understand this comment. This customer’s order was successfully placed the first time with his coupon code and the Order Confirmation we emailed him reflected the discount.
