Not happy

Received part with postage due.
Had to drive 30 miles to pay 2.50 because they didn't pay enough postage even though they shipped it in a flat rate box. when i called and complained they basically said too bad. I will not do business with this company in the future if this is the way they do business

We apologize again that this customer's order had postage due. We offered to reimburse him for the postage due or to refund him in full for the order if he refused it for return to us, but since he hung up on our representative we weren't sure what he preferred. He's welcome to email us a copy of his receipt so we can refund him if he did decide to pick this up and pay the additional postage.
