Bad Parts-- Poor Support

The Beck Arnley control arms failed in 3 mos/5k miles. Rock offered almost no support. They only wanted to replace w/ the SAME bad parts. So, I get junk AGAIN. Pay for shipping and install AGAIN. They refused to even contact Beck Arnley to see if they had consistent problem with the parts. I offered to buy more expensive part if they gave me store credit. Nope. Nothing. Told me tough luck.

These parts were purchased in March and the customer reported a problem in July. Our Warranties page explains that like other retailers of branded products, RockAuto does not offer any product warranty of our own--we honor the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product. Warranties offer only replacement of the defective part with another part: no cash refunds and no reimbursement of labor costs, shipping costs or other expenses (http://www.rockauto.com/docs/warranty.php). The customer is welcome to replace these parts under the warranty offered by the manufacturer using the return instructions we provided.
