We wanted to make sure that the Customer Service Rep, Mark in Wisconsin (we called 7/1/2015 4:42PM PST), received recognition for going above and beyond what could have ever been expected! Our order arrived and it was for other side of vehicle. Mark stated that it was the correct part#, but could have been mis-boxed. Mark immediately placed a replacement order. We really hope that RockAuto realizes that Reps like Mark are vital to the customers & RockAuto, and should be on the management team!!!
