poor shipping

They choose the way to ship it. got poor service from fed ex. delivery date keeps getting changed. like to give us a opion on who we want to ship with.

This customer chose FedEx Ground shipping when he placed his order on Saturday, and we showed him who the carrier would be before he placed his order. We offer all available shipping options in the drop-down menu during checkout. We shipped the order Monday, and it's scheduled for delivery Friday.
