I've ordered from Rock Auto for more than 3 years and found they are fast (relatively speaking for coming off a truck & being delivered right to your door), have a great selection, and you can't beat their prices - even after including the shipping. As far as customer service, I can't comment on that aspect as I've never had to call them.
