My experience with Rock Auto has been amazing. For years I would not use them because I thought that the prices were too good to be true. I had the belief that they had to be selling off-spec parts to get their prices so low. Then about 3 years ago I took the plunge and ordered parts for a 99 Honda and was blown away. Rock Auto offers the same high quality parts as the "part stores" at substantial savings. Unless I have an emergency breakdown I won't buy parts anywhere else. Their ordering process is simple, the email updates are great and their return process is easy and straight forward. I recommend Rock Auto to everyone that I know that does their own DIY maintenance on their vehicles.
