I recently purchased a full suspension for my AWD vehicle including all bushings and tried to purchase Front Lower Control Arm assemblies for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the parts I prefered were out of stock and I waited for the premium pieces to be in stock. After 3 weeks I had to opt for a part of lesser grade because of the recent severe weather and I needed my AWD vehicle back in service. I did request help and Customer Service responded immediately. Unfortunately, they are at the mercy of their suppliers and could not tell me when the premium pieces would be restocked. All other parts were shipped as promised but I still had to have the lesser FLCA installed. Hopefully they will last me a while before they need to be replaced. This experience has not dissuaded me in the least from ordering parts again for any vehicle or recommending RockAuto to my freinds and family, which I have on many occasions. The customer service, price and wide variety of parts is worth returning everytime.
