This is not really a review of Rock Auto, but I ordered some ignition parts from Rock Auto and got a feedback message that my order was filled the same day and a shipping document created (great!) and originated in Concord, NC (great!). I live in eastern NC about 200 miles from Concord. Next day, I got an update that my order was on its way via USPS.....to Honolulu, Hawaii! The day after that ....yep, it was in Honolulu but expected to be delivered to me the same day in eastern NC. Not here yet, but I doubt it will make it today. Who in USPS decided to route the order to Honolulu? I'm commenting here because USPS doesn't care what the problem might be, so it's a waste of time to complain to USPS.
