Originally I had issues trying to contact RockAuto after I filled out the return request and was denied a return...since there was no easy way to contact RockAuto ,,,I was very frustrated and felt like a LOW STAR review was the only way to vent my frustration... after I posted the 1 star review I found a email address for RockAuto and sent off an email detailing my frustration.. I was not hopeful...due to the fact RockAuto does make it hard to contact and deal with a HUMAN at their office... However I did receive a response and was able to have an email exchange which led to their office actually CALLING ME to resolve the issue.... so 5 stars to RockAuto
