I have been a Rock Auto customer for over 6 years. Prices are very competitive even when shipping is considered. Recently I ordered bearings for axles on a Gehl skid loader. Using the numbers on the bearings themselves I was able to easily look them up. I was able to save about $100 vs purchasing from Gehl dealer.
One box from order had a bearing cup missing that was on packing slip, problem was easily and promptly taken care of. This has been my experience with any order I've had an issue with.
