I recently ordered from Rock Auto to repair the front bumper on my daughter’s Honda CR-V.
There were four parts which shipped from three different warehouses.
The packing slip in one of the boxes said there were two parts included but there was only one.
I informed Rock Auto using the Report a Problem function on the website and answered a few simple questions like: is the box intact? Did you check the packing materials and that was it.
Rock shipped the replacement part by FedEx Overnight and I had the part in my hand the following day!
