Pep Boys, Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, and NAPA are pricing themselves out of the market. It's the HIGH MARK UP that they have. Parts don't cost that much, and the parts they sell don't have that kind of quality control Rock Auto gives. I have bought parts from the other stores and had to take them back, because of bad parts to start with or $@!#% poor quality. I have made Rock Auto my go to store. The only thing I like to see from Rock Auto is a 2-day earlier delivery time and have the delivery driver ring the doorbell, not send me a text message that I might not see for hours. Covid is over with. Other than that, I get what I paid for, quality is good, and I have never sent back a part that was not correct or did not work. Rock Auto got to be doing something RIGHT.
