I generally like rock auto and their prices are normally pretty good. I would give them 5 out of 5 stars if it was not for a few things. For instance I got a 5% off code for buying from them for 3 years. I actually have 2 accounts and it is more like 8-10 years I have been buying from them. However, my complaint is that the discount codes are time limited which makes it hard to apply to my next order. I have ordered thousands of dollars over this time and on a recent order of over $600.00 I was not able to use the code because of the short time limit. I would expect promotion codes to be time limited to raise more business but some dedication codes to last longer. I have almost never been able to use my discount codes because of this. Rock Auto is not always the cheapest but getting to use the odd promo code ( usually show up right after you made a big purchase and don't need it then), would stop me from shopping around. A little disappointed.....
