Zero Customer Service when needed, would love to have the ability to talk or email anyone!
This has been my worst experience with this company! Beyond the time they lost my rotors and pads and it took a month to get it re-ordered. I have ordered frequently from Rock Auto, until this point everything fit that I ordered. I received an open bag oxygen sensor, someone placed in box and returned then I received it. On top of this issue, the part didn't fit!!! I had to go buy a sensor and pay more. But the worst part is that because I ordered ahead, I am outside the 30 day return window and have no options but to leave this review to get someone's attention. This is ridiculous! Stand behind your products! This is not the picture of quality that everyone who told me about this company. I would appreciate any person from Rock auto reaching out to make this right!
