Zero Customer Service when needed, would love to have the ability to talk or email anyone!

This has been my worst experience with this company! Beyond the time they lost my rotors and pads and it took a month to get it re-ordered. I have ordered frequently from Rock Auto, until this point everything fit that I ordered. I received an open bag oxygen sensor, someone placed in box and returned then I received it. On top of this issue, the part didn't fit!!! I had to go buy a sensor and pay more. But the worst part is that because I ordered ahead, I am outside the 30 day return window and have no options but to leave this review to get someone's attention. This is ridiculous! Stand behind your products! This is not the picture of quality that everyone who told me about this company. I would appreciate any person from Rock auto reaching out to make this right!

We're sorry for the problems with this customer's orders. We processed and shipped his order for brake pads and rotors within less than a business day so that the products could be delivered by the estimated date quoted by the carrier. Unfortunately, the carrier lost his package. When he reported the issue on our Order Status & Returns page we promptly started an investigation with the carrier to help locate his shipment. In most cases the carrier locates the package and delivers it. The trace took a few days and the package was not found so we issued a full refund including shipping. RockAuto has a 30-Day Return Policy in which we can accept returns. This customer did not report any issues with his other order until he was well outside of our return policy. There was no information from him to indicate he received the wrong part or a part that's not in new condition either. We’re sorry, but we’re not able to accept a return for refund, credit, or exchange any longer.
