Rockauto is a joke

I ordered a part and it was majorly defective.
I guess noone looks at their outgoing orders to make sure they are correct.
I'm no mechanic and even I could tell this part was a piece of junk.
Then.... Lucky for me they make it a flipping nightmare to return the thing .
Guess what?
No customer service.
Can't talk to anyone..
It's all done online!!
For us. Oh thank you so much how thoughtful.
I will never order anything from this place again.

When it was complete we offered this customer the option of a replacement of a new part at no charge or a full refund including shipping.
