Wrong part

Bought part was wrong just shipping alone the bill was 543.00 after returning. Never again.

We're sorry for the problem with this customer's order. When he arranged a return of the part he ordered on our Order Status & Returns page he reported that he needed a Chrome part but the product he purchased is alumninum as noted in the description of the product. We authorized a return of the part for a full refund of the part cost and we have since issued his refund. As our Return Policy explains though "Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake."
