Terrible service

Would never recommend to anyone!! No phone number to speak to someone!!! Send us broken part and we have to pay to send back!!! You have to be kidding! Can't print out return label. You have been no help at all. Will never order again or recommend.Will take back the stars. You don't even deserve that!!!

We're sorry for the problem with this customer's order. He reported the problem on our Order Status & Returns page online (https://www.rockauto.com/orderstatus/). We authorized a return of the product for a replacement at no additional charge. We also provided him with return instructions and a prepaid label to return the part to us.
