We're sorry this customer was unable to use the part he ordered. The part he ordered has specific fitment notes in the description of the product (including the product length) and will only fit his vehicle if those fitment notes match his vehicle. When he reported the problem on our website he said the length of the part he received does not match his original. He was not able to confirm that the fitment notes of the part in our online catalog match his original part when we asked him. He did confirm that the part number on the product and manufacturer's box match what he ordered. Based on this information he received the part he ordered but ordered the wrong part. We authorized a return of the part for a full refund of the part cost and we have already refunded him. However, as our Return Policy explains "Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake." This customer selected Next Business Day shipping by FedEx. Our website quoted his receive by date based on this shipping method and processing time of one business day or less to ship the order. We shipped his order within a business day and tracking confirms his order arrived within 1 business day from when it shipped.
