Never buying from rock auto again

Only half my order came when it was scheduled to be delivered and the tracking number just says sorry delayed without a location or projected delivery date. Both we're scheduled to be delivered Saturday, it's Monday now I cannot wait any longer for the parts and have to purchase them from the local parts store. I tried to submit that the package is late and either locate and deliver or cancel the order. Nope can't do that for 17 more days. I cannot reach a real person to straighten this out. I will never purchase from rock auto again.

We’re sorry this customer did not receive his package on the date he expected. Transit times and "Receive by" dates are estimates by the carrier and, while usually accurate, are not guaranteed by RockAuto. He selected an economy shipping method that can take up to a week for delivery. Tracking confirms his other package was delivered within a week. In the future, if a faster shipping method is needed, we offer FedEx and DHL Express options for most shipments.
