I've been a customer for the past 8 years and have never been disappointed in the customer service, parts selection, parts quality, parts availability, parts shipping time, or parts pricing. They are hands down the best place to buy auto parts on this planet. If I had to say something that could be improved it would be them having a warehouse in Canada as this market would give them even more business!. Canadians over pay on crappy local auto parts and are dying for a good aftermarket auto parts company like Rock Auto to come here!
