We are sorry for the problem with this customer's order. He reported the problem on our Order Status & Returns page (https://www.rockauto.com/orderstatus/) online. When he first reported the problem with his part we sent a replacement at no additional charge. He reported a problem again with the replacement part and we authorized a return of the part for a full refund of the part cost and provided him with return instructions. If he needs additional help he can contact our customer service team by email (service@rockauto.com). Our customer service team is available 7 days a week and normally responds within a few hours or less.
