I live on the island of Guam, which is at 2 weeks from everywhere when it comes to shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. However, RockAuto is somehow able to ship their parts via USPS, which arrive in just about 7 days. This is amazing! Not all the parts I've ordered from them arrive that fast, but 90%+ do! Add to that the fact the their prices are well below retail prices here on the island. And yes, I've made some errors and had to ship a few things back, but RockAuto made that process easy as well. The ONLY thing that I might criticise is that there is no technical resource available from RockAuto to help with some of the more granular details of certain parts, so be diligent to make sure you know which connectors and such your parts need to have.

So far I have ordered about $1k worth of parts over the past several months for maintenance and repairs of our church van's and POVs, and plan to continue using them for their great service, shipping, and prices.
