Returns are easy but cost you shipping, If I deal with my local supplier returns cost me nothing, same on cores. Locally I get back full core price, RockAuto deducts shipping. Lastly if you have something odd or need a little info on something, dealing local will help since you can never speak to anyone at RockAuto in customer service or parts. Otherwise, great place to shop!!
