Poor customer service.
I bought two struts in May to get shipped over in Houston, paid the next delivery service due to my travel plan. Rockauto decided to change my delivery service to its convenient and refund $7 out of the amount charged for the shipping. I then decided to contact the customer service to cancel the order for the fact that the packages won't make it on time. Still, they sent out the boxes and got them delivered at my front door. The boxes were returned to the carrier to be sent back to the shipper, any time that I open up a ticket, I always get the same random email, they never take care of this issue and after two or thrid emails, they close the tickets. I contacted the carrier to track down the shipments; they didn't want to give me more information on them because I wasn't the shipper. Any time that I open a ticket to claim a refund, it gets close right after a reply. I never got my money back, and the customer service never took care of this case. I am wondering if there is another channel to send this inquiry to.
