Was unavailable to get in contact with the company

I wasn't pleased with you all's communication skills in regards to my late merchandise. Your business number on your companies website was unresponsive, and there were no other means of contact listed on your site. I would like to be reimbursed for my "express shipment" payment, due to the fact that my order could not arrive as assigned becase of severe weather conditions. My order number is 109005678.
