great for the buget

I have ordered several times for multiple cars, 85% of the parts have been as advertised and correct for application. 1 time was missed boxed electrical part. 2nd time was incorrectly listed part on web site , which I tried to return, but revived less then stellar customer service. These two incidence were years ago. Recently numerous items I wish to order can't be shipped to my address in California, it seem the prop 65 law is the reason. So Rock Auto hasn't been my 1st go to, lately.

We appreciate this customer's business! However, some of his comments are not true. Of the many parts he has ordered, he has had a problem with just one (which was listed incorrectly on our catalog, which we fixed). It is true that some manufacturers do not provide information necessary to satisfy California's Proposition 65 law, as our Help page explains (https://www.rockauto.com/help/?page=3#SHIPLOC). As more manufacturers comply with California law, we will be able to ship more parts to our friends in the Golden State!
