Got wrong parts to start off with

received parts didn't go to my car ,also returned parts for refund was charged double for shipping , also its been 7 days still haven't received total refund ,no one you can talk with to solve problem so your screwed ...I will never use Rock auto again to many issues .

On 1/3, this customer went to our Order Status & Returns page to report that five of the parts he ordered did not fit. In his report, we asked if the product descriptions, including the fitment details and pictures, matched what he needed and what he received. He responded "Yes" to both questions. He also noted the problems were not due to manufacturer defects. Unsure of how a part which matched what he needed, is what he received, and was not defective could not fit, we authorized returns for each one. He chose to generate two separate return labels for parts that needed to be returned to the same place.
