Customer service doesn't exist
I ordered a part and paid for expedited shipping. On Monday morning I received an email that the order shipped. The tracking info said it would arrive Wednesday, by 8pm. Wednesday can't and went. The tracking info finally updated Thursday afternoon. Said the part would arrive Thursday by 8pm. Nope! Didn't arrive until Friday, at 3pm. So is that expedited shipping? "2 or 3 day shipping"? Who do I talk to about a refund? There is no contact info. No email address, phone number, nothing. I think, from now on, I'll shop locally.
