RA does NOT allow hold at shipper, or route to address!
First time trying RockAuto, and will be last.
Two delivery attempts by FedEx, for some reason, they can't reach the people here that handle mail, when everyone else can.
No way to call RA. No way to chat on their web site with RA. No way to email RA. No contact at all.
FedEx keeps telling me RA does NOT allow FedEx to hold our shipments, so that we can pickup AFTER OUR WORK!
Tried to have FedEx re-route to my work... RA DOES NOT ALLOW THAT EITHER!
NO CONTACT! NO COMMUNICATION!
So I have to WAIT for them to try to deliver a third time, and then maybe a LAST time. Are they going to try to stick the shipping charges to me, restocking fees?
Will NEVER give them my money again with such senselessly restrictive and unreasonable shipping policies!!!
