I am a mechanic, used to buy from advance Auto until I discovered Rock Auto.
When I asked for a credit from a defective crankshaft sensor for a 03 Kia Sorento,I was asked if I owned a Kia Sorento but I answered no, because it belongs to a customer and I was asked the information about my car. I wrote down the information of my own Buick LeSabre for which I was denied the credit claiming that the part did not fit the Buick.
